This research aims to determine the effect of using online crossword puzzle learning media on student learning outcomes in chemistry subjects, especially nanotechnology topics, in class X SMA IT Raudhatul Ulum Sakatiga. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a nonquivalent control group design. The results of the research showed that student learning outcomes increased from the pretest average score of 51.84 when they were treated with crossword puzzle media. The score increased to an average of 88.88. After carrying out the analysis using the t-test, there was also a significant influence as evidenced by the results (sign. 2-tailed) namely 0.002 < 0.05, which means that there is an influence from the use of online crossword learning media on student learning outcomes in chemistry subjects with nanotechnology topics.
