PENGEMBANGAN EKONOMI KREATIF BIDANG KULINER BERBASIS KEARIFAN LOKAL STUDI PADA PRODUSEN KERUPUK DAN KEMPLANG 26 ILIR KOTA PALEMBANG
This study discusses the development of a creative economy in the culinary field based on local wisdom studies on crackers and kemplang producers 26 ilir Palembang city. The purpose of this study is to determine the form of creative economic development and also the problems and obstacles in the development of the creative economy in the culinary field based on local wisdom in the producers of crackers and kemplang 26 ilir Palembang city. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is Max Weber's social action theory. The results of the study found that there was innovation and creativity from the producers where this research was carried out, namely in stores as well as crackers and kemplang producers in Palembang, different shapes, materials, and sales processes that were carried out could affect their development process and also the existence of creative ideas that could make ordinary things /monotonous becomes something unique and characteristic. The obstacles faced are the lack of proper human resources and human resources and this development is still in progress and the shop can do it, the lack of support from the local government, and market competition as well as the selling price. The forms of development used by the crackers and kemplang producers in 26 ilir of the city of Palembang include Product and Marketing Creativity, Partnership Development, Capital Assistance, Business Protection, Strengthening Associations.
