ANALISIS TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL (TAM) PADA MAHASISWA TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN E-LEARNING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Online learning requires the support of adequate media or platforms to support the learning process in educational institutions. This study aims to analyze student acceptance of Sriwijaya University e-learning using TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). There are nine variables used namely education quality, service quality, system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, intention to use and actual use with fourteen research hypotheses. There were 395 respondents in this study who were active students of Sriwijaya University. Data obtained from the dissemination of questionnaires through google form. Data analysis techniques used are validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, path analysis test. The results of this study were concluded from fourteen existing hypotheses, three of which were rejected with variables of education quality, technical system quality and content and information quality did not have a positive effect on intention to use.
