Saat menjalankan bisnis perhotelan ketika ingin mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal tentu sangat sulit untuk dicapai tanpa adanya menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan mengingat ada beberapa faktor seperti tingkat persaingan bisnis perhotelan yang sedang berkembang pesat, kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan hotel, tidak memahami keinginan dan komplaint pelanggan oleh karena itu Hotel Maximus Palembang menerapkan strategi customer relationship menggunakan metode prototyping yang memiliki manfaat dalam menambah dan mempertahankan pelanggan serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website yang dapat melakukan pemesanan hotel oleh pelanggan dan data yang akan diolah oleh admin.
