RSUP Dr M Hoesin Palembang is one of the government hospitals which is a referral hospital for the people of South Sumatra. The nutrition installation has a task, one of which is to provide food supplies for inpatients as a support towards healthy inpatients. Currently there is no function to calculate optimization in the performance of the supply chain rate of foodstuffs that will be given to inpatients and the process of recording the distribution of food ingredients that has not been automated, causing the data provided is not accurate. Therefore, we need a process to optimize in calculating the number of performance scores of a process that occurs in the existing supply chain management. In this optimization process, the SCOR Model is a model that has a tendency to suit the needs and processes that exist in supply chain management and the performance attributes used to produce a performance score that is used as a reference in improving supply chain management performance.
