PERAN CAREER DECISION MAKING SELF-EFFICACY TERHADAP ADAPTABILITAS KARIER PADA FRESH GRADUATE
This study aim is to determine the role of career decision making-self-efficacy towards career on fresh graduate. The hypothesis of this study is career decision making self-efficacy has a role toward career adaptability on fresh graduate. The participants of this study are 175 fresh graduates. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling technique. This study use two scales as measuring instrument, such as career adaptability scale that refers to career adaptability dimensions from Savickas and Porfeli (2012) and career decision making self-efficacy scale that refers to career decision making self-efficacy dimensions from Betz, Klein, and Taylor (1996). Data analysis is done by using simple regression analysis. The data analysis showed R Square = 0,468, F = 151,887, and p = 0,000 (p < 0,05). These results indicate that there is a significant role of career decision making self-efficacy towards career adaptability, so the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
