PT Telkom Indonesia provides services in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and telecommunications networks in Indonesia. Currently, this State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) has been known and widely used by people in Indonesia in using the internet, which is called the Indihome service. Indihome is a digital service provider with a variety of package options that can be used in the form of Home Internet, Home Phones and also Indihome TV. In order to compete in the world of ICT, PT Telkom Indonesia created a mobile application where people can easily access it wherever they are and hope to provide the best service to loyal users. The End User Computing Satisfaction method itself is a method that assesses the level of user satisfaction in an information system by comparing the reality and expectations of the information system. This method is usually used to measure user satisfaction of information systems by looking at the content, accuracy, format, time and also the ease with which users use it.
