KM trend will be continue in the future. Every organization will need a Knowledge Management System to help their task and to help them make a decision in the organization or company that can be based on existing knowledge. KM has been applied in many organizational fields such as Finance, Health, Government, Education, Industry and other fields. The knowledge that develops in the company can be lost and wasted if it is not managed properly, with the implementation of KM at PT Cahaya Engineering Sukses is expected that it can help the company to manages the existing knowledge and then the employee can use the knowledge in order to improve the quality of human resources. In designing Knowledge Management System at PT CES, it uses the Inukshuks Knowledge Management Model, which is one of the KM models. This symbols was inspired by the symbol of the inuit tribe that is shaped like a human being. By using the main supports that become the pillars of a KM in the form of Technology, Culture, and Leadership that will keep the KM built strong and other main supports in the form of Process and Measurement.
