This study aims to study the occurrence of embryo mortality resulting from artificial insemination of straw sexing and non sexing in simmental cows at the gestational age of 30 days and 60 days. This research was carried out in October to November 2020 in Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This study used a descriptive design method. The treatments in this study used unisex (non-sexing) (P0) and straw sexing (P1). The data analysis used was descriptive analysis and presented in the form of images. The results showed that non-sexing straws or controls experienced pregnancy until the 60th day, while the sexed straws experienced pregnancy only on the 30th day on the 60th day and experienced embryonic death.
