THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB CRAFTING WITH BURNOUT IN REPORTERS Farrah Annisa Yandra1, Indra Prapto Nugroho2 ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between job crafting and burnout for journalists. The hypothesis in this study is there is a relationship between job crafting and burnout for journalists, 150 journalists in Indonesia were used as participants, and 50 journalists in Indonesia were trial participants. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used is the job crafting scale which refers to the job crafting dimension by Tims & Bakker (2010) and the burnout scale which refers to the burnout aspect by Maslach & Jackson (1986). Data analysis using Pearson's product moment correlation. The results of the Pearson's product moment correlation show the value of r = -0,236, with a value of p = 0.004 (p
