Cucumber plants are plants that are included in the types of pumpkin plants ( ). This plan t is also widely consumed by the community because it has high nutritional value such as protein, starch, carbohydrates, phosphorus, acids, vitamins A, B1 and B2.Arthropods can be found in various places, including on the surface or in the soil, as well as in cucumber fields. Soil arthropods play a role in the process of decomposition of soil organic matter so as to support the ongoing nutrient cycle in the soil. Soil management, namely any activities carried out on the soil with the aim of facilitating pla nting, creating loose soil conditions for the growth and development of plant roots as well as efforts to eradicate weeds. The research was carried out at the Entomology Laboratory of the Plant Pest and Agricultural Land Department in Ujanmas Baru Village, Ujanmas District, Muara Enim District from May to June 2020. This study used two treatments, namely unlogulated land and bergulma land. Observations were made 10 times with intervals of 4 days. Diversity Arthropods of insect pests on cucumber plants in th e treatment of uncultured land and rolling grass with Pitfall Traps and Pan Trap because the highest diversity index values are included in the medium category are 1.27 and 2.19.
