The research objective was to determineof the soil stickiness of the plowshares on the mouldboard plow coated by aluminium at affect working speed. The method used was factorial randomized block design (RAFK) with two treatment factors consisting of the type of material (A) and the forward speed of the moldboard plow (B). Type of material have two level of treatments with type material are steel and zincalume, and the speed of forward moldboard plow have three level treatments are speed 1 km/h, speed 2 km/h, and speed 3 km/h. Each treatment coating aluminium and steel was repeated three times. The results showed that the effect of the speed of the work of the plow and the treatment of the coating material had a significant effect on the amount of adhesiveness of the soil on the plowshares. Plowshares without coating (steel material) have a greater amount of soil adhesiveness than aluminum coatings. Average of soil stickiness with speed 1 km/h using a steel moldboard plow 202.93 g and a moldboard plow using a aluminium layer of 99.23 g. Soil stickiness with speed 2 km/h using a steel moldboard plow of 167.39 g and moldboard plow using a aluminium layer of 77.87 g. Soil stickiness with speed 3 km/h using steel moldboard plow of 118.33 g and moldboard plow using aluminium layer of 42.70g.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan dan mengetahui kelengketan tanah pada mata bajak singkal yang dilapisi aluminium diperngaruhi oleh kecepatan kerja bajak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAFK) dengan dua faktor perlakuan yang terdiri dari jenis bahan (A) dan kecepatan maju bajak singkal (B). Kecepatan maju bajak singkal terdiri dari tiga taraf perlakuan yaitu kecepetan 1 km/jam, kecepatan 2 km/jam, dan kecepatan 3 km/jam. Setiap perlakuan pelapis aluminium maupun baja diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kecepetan maju kerja bajak dan perlakuan bahan pelapis berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah kelengketan tanah pada mata bajak. Mata bajak tanpa pelapis (bahan baja) memiliki jumlah kelengketan tanah yang lebih banyak dibandingkan pelapis bahan Aluminium. Rerata hasil kelengketan tanah dengan kecepatan 1 km/jam menggunakan bajak singkal bahan baja sebesar 202,93 g dan menggunakan bajak singkal yang dilapisi aluminium sebesar 99,23 g. Rerata kelengketan tanah dengan kecepatan 2 km/jam menggunakan bajak singkal bahan baja sebesar 167,39 g dan menggunakan bajak singkal bahan aluminium sebesar 77,87 g. Rerata kelengketan tanah dengan kecepatan 3 km/jam menggunkan bajak singkal bahan baja sebesar 118,33 g dan menggunakan bajak singkal bahan aluminium sebesar 42,70 g.
