Process transactions with customers of PT. BumiCendana Abadi still uses telephone, email, or comes directly to his office. There are frequent recording errors and the absence of media or facilities that customers can use. The purpose of making a Ship Service Payment Application at PT. BumiCendana Abadi Palembang is to facilitate the transaction process between customers and companies. The research methodology carried out by the author includes interviews, direct observation, and literature study. This application development uses a WEB-based programming language (PHP) and a MySQL database. The results of this study are in the form of a shipping service payment application in which this application manages ship charter data and delivery of goods and facilitates the ordering and payment process that is accessed by customers using the internet or local networks and assists in making ship service payment data reports.
