Competition in the business world today is growing rapidly, followed by the development of the world of information and communication technology. This causes business competitors to try to continuously improve their capabilities and advantages by mobilizing all their potential in several ways, including providing information that is fast, accurate and has a wide reach. Catering Kirom is an entrepreneur who serves ordering various kinds of food and beverages for weddings, circumcisions, supporting the needs of an agency and also for food delivered to the house. With the opening of this Kirom Catering, it is believed that it will make it easier for customers who have a busy job and have little time to cook at an event owned by the customer or do not have time to cook. Therefore, Kirom Catering also has the opportunity to improve service to customers and update the online-based business concept by using a website and adding value to the company's efficiency. By utilizing CRM, companies that implement it can find out what customers need so that a close business relationship and two-way communication will be created.
