This study aims to analyze the determination of healthy toddlers using the Simple Additive Weighting method at the UPTD Puskesmas Pemulutan. There are six criteria used, namely, breastfeeding, checking nutritional status, physical examination of toddlers, child development, nutritional status according to height and weight, and immunization status. The data processed as many as 125, the conclusion of this study, provides convenience to the UPTD Puskesmas Pemulutan in the decision-making process of determining healthy toddlers, resulting in a website-based system where this system contains data input processes related to the processes needed to carry out the toddler assessment process based on criteria that has been determined, and can make a comparison between toddlers with each other based on predetermined criteria.
