This study aims (1) Analyzing the factors that affect the productivity of rubber plants for Mitra Berlian Processing Marketing Unit (PMU) and non PMU rubber farmers in Berlian Makmur Village, Sungai Lilin Subdistricts, Musi Banyuasin Districts and (2) Analyzing the differences in productivity, price, and income of rubber produced by Mitra Berlian Processing Marketing Unit (PMU) and non PMU rubber farmers in Berlian Makmur Village, Sungai Lilin Subdistricts, Musi Banyuasin Districts The research method used in this study was the survey method. The sampling method used in this study was disproportional stratified random sampling with 30 farmers as respondents in each layer of farmers. Data collection was carried out in November 2020. The result show that (1) the factors that had positive real effect on rubber productivity for Processing Marketing Unit (PMU) farmers were land area, urea fertilizer, and pesticide, while those that did not significantly influence was labor. Apart from that, the factors that had positive real effect on rubber productivity for non PMU were land area and pesticide, while those that did not significantly influence were labor and urea fertilizer, (2) The productivity, the price, and the income of rubber for Processing Marketing Unit (PMU) farmers is higher than the productivity, the price, and the income of rubber non PMU farmers.
