SIKEPO is employee attendance application used in Batanghari district. This study aims to analyze the acceptance of SIKEPO information technology using the UTAUT method to employees Batanghari. The variables used in this study are Performance Expectations, Business Expectations, Social Influences, Facilitating Conditions, Usage Behavior, Interest Utilization.This study, there are 250 respondents have been tested valid and reliable used and processed. The data was obtained from distribution online questionnaires. research method uses descriptive methods and analytical techniques using validity and reliability tests Rasch Modeling, Path Analysis and Classical Assumption Tests. conclusion from the results of this study there is effect of performance expectations interest utilization, there is no effect of business expectations on interest in utilization, there is influence of social influence on interest in utilization, there is influence of performance expectations, business expectations and social influences mediated by interest utilization. usage behaviour, there is influence of facilitating conditions usage behaviour.
