PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (KMS) PADA SEKSI PENDIDIK DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (PTK SMK) MENGGUNAKAN NUSANTARA MODEL PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
Section of Educator and School Administrator for Vocational High School or known as “Seksi PTK SMK” is one of the sections in the Education Office of South Sumatra to help the governmental administrative processes of all Vocational High School educators and Vocational High School administrators in South Sumatra. This task makes the importance of knowledge management for each staff in this section. The lack of equitable distribution of information and knowledge that is stored in this section make it difficult for inexperienced staffs and new staffs to carry out their duties in this section. The Government Human Capital Knowledge Management of Republic Indonesia (NUSANTARA Model) is a KM development method that is developed according to the needs and objectives of the appropriate organization within the government ministry specialized in the human resource management process. Therefore, Knowledge Management System (KMS) using The Government Human Capital Knowledge Management of Republic Indonesia Model or known as The NUSANTARA model in this study can be applied to the Section of Educator and School Administrator for Vocational High School (Seksi PTK SMK) by using seven components or layers consist of vision and mission, critical success factor, KM Mechanisms and Technologies, Knowledge Management System, KM cycle, KM process, dan organizational core knowledge.
