Azzahra General Medical Center Palembang is a first-rate primary health facility clinic under the auspices of Azzahra Hospital Palembang. Azzahra General Medical Center Palembang used the JKN Mobile application to serve BPJS patients. In practice, JKN Mobile users at Azzahra General Medical Center Palembang are decreasing. The purpose of this study is to measure usability JKN Mobile using System Usability Scale (SUS) method and recommend design user interface JKN Mobile. This study using System Usability Scale method with quantitative research. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method is used because it is a valid and reliable measuring tool and also cheap but effective for assessing the usability of products such as applications. This study uses a System Usability Scale (SUS) method questionnaire which consists of 10 statements. The results of the study using a questionnaire with 325 respondents showed that JKN Mobile at Azzahra General Medical Center Palembang was acceptable to users with a final score of 68,81. However, the final usability score is expected to improve by updating the user interface JKN Mobile. Also, the Azzahra General Medical Center Palembang can carry out socialization related to the use of the JKN Mobile application on a regular basis with the intention of inviting patients to use the application.
