The existence of human resources plays a very important role in carrying out the activities of an institution or organization. Every company and agency often provide rewards in addition to basic salaries to encourage productivity and performance of their employees. However, currently the system of rewarding freelance daily employees at the South Sumatra State Museum there are various shortcomings such as rewarding that is still done based on one's personal analysis only and the assessment is still subjective, not transparent, less effective, and accuracy or accuracy is low in reward. So, it is necessary for a Decision Support System (SPK) using the Weighted Product method as a solution to the problem. The ability of the system for decision-making processes using the methods made and based on the criteria specified, it is expected that the process of sampling becomes much more accurate, effective, and efficient.
