Ratu Photography is a Photo Studio and Digital Printing, with high quality Minilab and Outdoor Digital Printing Machines. Ratu Photography is located at Jl. Lintas Timur KM 35 Muhajirin Indralaya, Indralaya Mulya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, The number of photography service providers has urged the establishment of business competition between these companies. Each photography industry competes to capture market share and get customers to use the services they provide. Because it continues to take a long time, in the area there are still many competitors who are engaged in the same field at a cheaper price, moreover there are those who provide online printing that offer services that are more than what Ratu Photography provides. For example, when printing photos at Ratu Photography, customers can see the progress of their orders. For example, in crowded conditions and long queues, with limited waiting places, customers can leave Ratu Photography to just go to places to eat, etc., but can still get information on the progress of the awaited order. The problem is what strategy should be used by the company in order to capture the market to get customers and retain these customers in the long term. One of these strategies is to change the business paradigm into a customer-oriented company. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is one method that can be used by companies to develop customer-centered business strategies.
