Teacher ranking is an important activity in school activities. The purpose of conducting a teacher ranking is to find out which teachers are better in the teaching and learning process in the school. Therefore, a teacher rating system was created using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods. The combination of the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) and Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) methods in teacher ranking is useful to help sort teacher ratings based on predetermined criteria. The predetermined criteria will be searched for the weight value based on priority with the ROC method then the WASPAS method is used to get a ranking based on the preference value. From the combination of the ROC and WASPAS methods for teacher ranking, the percentage accuracy result is 83.33% so it can be concluded that the combination of these methods can be used in teacher rankings.
