Decision support system (DSS) is a system that was built to assist decision making. In this study, DSS was built to assist the selection of candidates for the Interstate Youth Exchange (PPAN) with a combination method between Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for ordered preference by similarity to ideal. solution (TOPSIS). The AHP method is used for weighting, while the TOPSIS method is used for ranking. The data used are 100 data in (2017-2019), with 5 criteria, namely PPA (Post Program Activity), TPA (Academic Potential Test), FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Talent, and English. From the results of calculations and testing the combination of AHP and TOPSIS methods obtained accuracy of 76.7%.
