The problem of wasting nutrition is still high in Aceh Tamiang. The prevalence of thin toddlers is 8.9 %. The efforts made by the Aceh government by providing supplementary food to thin children as much as 45,5%. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the Supplementary Feeding Program for Wasting Toddlers at the Aceh Tamiang. The study used a qualitative approach with in-dept interviews, observation, and document review. There are 15 informants. Research with a systems approach includes input, prosess and output. The results of this study are evaluation of inputs include: evaluation of human resources is not appropriate still lack of nutritionists. Evaluation of sufficient funds. Evaluation of facilities is not yet available PMT storage warehouses according to standards, and not all primary care have technical guidelines that have been established by the health department. Prosess evaluation includes evaluatin of planning in accordance with PMT technical guidelines that have been established by the health department. Organizational evaluation on the grouping of work has not yet been carried out. Evaluation of the implementation is not appropriate in terms if inaccurate targets in consuming PMT. Evaluation of monitoring and reporting is in accordance with PMT technical guidelines. Ecaluasdion of the output as appropriate, there is a decrease in the number of cases of thin toddlers. It can be concluded that the evaluation of inputs is insufficient human resources, the available facilities are incomplete. Evaluation of the organizing process has not been carried out, in the implementation not all PMT were eaten by the target. Evaluation of output is an improvements in nutritional status after the PMT program has been implemented. Suggestions to add nutritionists, provision of storage warehouses according to standards, ensure accuracy of targets in consuming PMT and provide communication, information and nutrition education about local PMT to target toddler mothers.
