The administrative selection process for employee recruitment at PT Nira Murni Konstruksi is computerized using Microsoft excel. The selector re-enters the data from the prospective employee into the computer so that the work of the selector becomesrepetitive. The purpose of this study isto build a system, namely a decision support system for employee recruitment at PT Nira Murni Konstruksi using the method Weighted Product (WP). The decision-making process it self includes four interrelated and structured stages. System analysis research using the Weighted Product (WP) method is more effective in supporting PT Nira Murni Konstruksi to make decisions on employee recruitment. With the development of this new system, PT Nira Murni Konstruksi can update the system by following the development of digital technology that is currently developing, so that the SPK system for hiring employees can be even better than today and make it easier for PT Nira Murni Konstruksi to evaluate or evaluate employees.
