Web-based systems have been widely applied in various fields, but complex website development requires an architecture that makes it easy for developers to develop and maintain websites. This study aims to develop a web-based software that implements the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture with the Laravel framework. This study uses an analysis of user functional requirements provided by the RBP Department of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja which will be used to test the website using the unit test and browser test processes. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, the E-POK website of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja which implements the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture with the Laravel framework has good quality, this is supported by the results of software quality testing. The software quality test uses 4 aspects of the ISO 9126 standard, namely the functionality aspect which gets a value of 1 (good), the efficiency aspect which gets a value of 99 (good) for desktop devices and 90 (good) for mobile devices, reliability aspect which gets a value of 1 (satisfying), and portability aspect that can run all test cases without error (satisfying).
