This study aims to measure the aspect of usability of Simpeg used in the Communication and Informatics Office of South Sumatra Province. until now, there has never been an evaluation on HRMIS as measured by the level of usability so it is not yet known whether the system has been effective, efficient, and provides user satisfaction to the system's services. There are three aspects reviewed according to ISO 9241-11 standards, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction. The population in this study is civil servants (Civil Servants) in the Communication and Informatics Office of South Sumatra Province involving 37 respondents.It can be concluded that Simpeg covers the effectiveness aspect of 82% (already effective), Efficiency with a speed rate of 0.000370121 per second, satisfaction aspect measured using SUS questionnaire obtained a value of 50.33 meaning in the level of user acceptance in the category of not acceptable, grade scale value f and Adjective rating poor category.
