CV. Sinar Abadi Prabumulih is a company engaged in the sale of school uniforms. The system is running on a CV. Sinar Abadi still has several shortcomings, such as making sales notes and calculating prices, there are often data mismatches, double data, missing proof of payment, and records still using books. To overcome this problem, the authors design and create a school uniform sales information system to perform computerized sales transactions using the programming PHP language and MySQL database. This system uses the waterfall research method, in the process of outputting this application it can later produce sales reports. Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, PHP, MySQL, Waterfall
