With the development of an increasingly global era like today, information is the most important thing for companies or agencies. One of the ways to maintain the company's survival is to maintain a good relationship between the company and its customers by providing fast and precise information, which can be the spearhead of the company. Raja Bekas Palembang needs to have a medium for delivering information that can improve service to customers because some problems occur because customers find it difficult to get promotional information and services. Another problem with the Raja Bekas Palembang musical instrument shop is that the customer still has difficulty knowing what products are provided and the customer has to come to the location. Then the company still has difficulty collecting data on customers who have ordered. Therefore Raja Bekas Palembang requires a system that implements a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method that aims to make the relationship between the company and customers well-established and the customer service process will be faster and more efficient.
