PT. BCN Cinta Manis is a company engaged in the plantation sector. This research was conducted based on the problems that exist in the company's accounting department and also data storage. The accounting department such as the length of the process of making financial reports because it is not assisted by an adequate system starting from the preparation of general journals, ledgers, to the trial balance, while for data storage itself still uses paper archive media and safes. In order to support this research, data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, library studies and interviews. This study aims to make it easier to make company financial reports and data storage from what was originally using the manual method of data archives and then changed to database-based.
