General Sudirman in Palembang City. NO2 pollutants obtained from the process of incomplete combustion of fuel in vehicles. This study aims to analyze the environmental health risks of NO2 exposure to traders at Cinde Market, Palembang City. This type of research is descriptive research with Environmental Health Risk Assessment (EHRA) method. The sample of respondents was by purposive sampling and obtained 24 traders. Data was collected using a questionnaire, Midget Impinger, Low Volume Sampler and weight scales. The results of the study with an average NO2 concentration of 0.040 mg/m3. The value of non-carcinogenic intake for realtime exposure in the morning and afternoon was 0.00196 mg/kg/day and 0.00175 mg/kg/day while lifetime exposure in the morning and afternoon was 0.0032 mg/kg/day and 0.0029 mg/kg/day. The risk level (RQ) for real-time exposure in the morning and afternoon was 0.0981 mg/kg/day and 0.0877 mg/kg/day, while lifetime exposure in the morning and afternoon was 0.164 mg/kg/day and 0.1483 mg/kg/day showed RQ
