Sick Building Syndrome (SBS) is a health problem relatd to indoor air quality, with a set of health symptoms such as nose irritation, eyes irritation, hard to concentrate, eyes irritation and respiratory problems. Sick building syndrome caused by multi factorial event. The aims of this study was to determine the factors that related to sick building syndrome among officers in Asia. This study used systematic review method with descriptive analysis. Search data performed in Ebscohost, Proquest and Pubmed. The articles from online database Ebscohost, Proquest and Pubmed are publicated from 2000 up to 2020. Theres 5 article included in this study from 334.915 article detected. The limitations of this study are the difficulty to find full text article and article with complete data. The results from analysis showed relationship between temperature, humidity, age and gender with sick building syndrome. Theres a relationship between temperature and sick building syndrome, poor temperature are high risk to sick building syndrome. Theres a relationship between humidity and sick building syndrome, poor humidity are high risk to sick building syndrome. Theres a relationship between age and sick building syndrome, group age 20-29 and group age 30-39 years old are high risk to sick building syndrome. Theres a relationship between gender and sick building syndrome, women are high risk to sick building syndrome. It is suggested to improve and maintain the indoor air quality in buildings
