The emergence of the 2019 Corona Virus in Indonesia has had an impact on several fields, one of which is education field. To stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus in Indonesia, the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia issued Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of COVID-19. Elementary schools apply online/distance learning with the guidance of parents of students. However, due to the lack of material explained by the teacher to students, it is difficult for students and parents to understand the material and are only given tasks to do. So, the use of learning media in the online learning process can help teachers to explain the material to students easily and students can also easily understand the material being taught. So that the interactive storyline interactive learning media was developed to help teachers and students in the online learning process. This study uses the ADDIE method which has 4 stages, namely the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results obtained from this study are the final score from the expert validation results of 85.41% with the "Very Eligible" category, the final score from the material validation results 79.41% with the "Eligible" category. The results obtained from the trial are 100% small-scale trials with the "Very Eligible" category, and 100% large-scale trials with the "Very Eligible" category.
