The level of satisfaction is an important thing to know in order to see how big the quality of classical guidance services provided by BK teachers to students during this pandemic period. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuasin III with classical guidance services during the covid-19 pandemic and the difference in satisfaction levels between male and female students. The research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of 120 class VII students who were selected by random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale based on the satisfaction factor for classical guidance services during the covid-19 pandemic. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuasin III with classical guidance services during the covid-19 pandemic was in the high category of 17 students (14,2%), while 88 students (73,3%) ) and low by 15 students (14,2%). The level of satisfaction of class VII students of SMP Negeri 1 Banyuasin III towards classical guidance services is on average in the medium category and there is no significant difference in the level of satisfaction between male and female students.
