Occupational Health and Safety was a prity in the company. The potential for work accidents that have an impact on employee productivity is the reason for the implementation of the safety program in the workplace. Workplace conditions that were safe and comfortable will have an impact on the effectiveness and productivity of workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between the implementation of the safety program on work productivity. This research used quantitative methods with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique used Sampling Quota and the sample calculation used the two proportion formula with 60 respondents. Statistical data analysis was performed unvariably and bivariately, using the correlation test. The results showed that the majority of respondents were male (53.3%); 21-30 years old (61.7%); has bachelor degree (55.0%); working period was 1-5 years (51.7%). The correlation test states that there is a close relationship between the implementation of the safety program and work productivity. The correlation value was indicate 0.755 for the corporate commitment variable (P-value 0.00); 0.795 for the safety health policy and discipline (P-value 0.00); 0.792 for communication and safety training (P-value 0.00); 08746 for the variable safety accident inspection and investigation (P-value 0.00); 0.757 for the safety evaluation variable (P-value 0.00). The conclusion of the study shows that there were a close relationship and a positive direction for the implementation of the safety program and work productivity. Researcher's suggestion is that the company is expected to improve safety training, mecical check up and consultations between administrators and to be firm with workers who are not disciplined. Employees are expected to increase their discipline in the workplace. For further researchers, to include other variables in similar studies and examine the factors that influence the success of the safety program on work productivity.
