AKSEPTABILITAS PETUGAS KESEHATAN PUSKESMAS DAN KADER TERHADAP PROGRAM “PAYUNG PENTING” DAN “GAYA PUSPAKU” DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS PAKEM SLEMAN, D.I. YOGYAKARTA
Indonesia is a country with the 3rd highest prevalence of stunting in the Southeast Asia / South-East Asia Regional (SEAR) region. According to Riskesdas data in 2018, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is 30.8%, while the target from WHO is 20%. Pakem Public health center has initiated an innovation program that aims to solve the problem of stunting, namely the “Payung Penting” and “Gaya Puspaku”. This research aims to see the acceptability of health workers to the "Payung Penting" and "Gaya Puspaku" program. This research is a qualitative research with in-depth interviews. Data taken from in-depth interviews, observation and document review. The validity was carried out by triangulation of sources and triangulation of methods. The results showed that the affective attitude of the officers about the programs, they were happy and more enthusiastic. The coherence of program interventions is good because officers already understand how the program works. Officers have high self-efficacy because they already believe that they can make the necessary effort to implement the payung penting and gaya puspaku program to achieve program objectives. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the program that affect the acceptability of officers. In the load component, father cadres find it difficult to carry out mentoring activities, in the ethical component there are people who believe in myths related to exclusive breastfeeding and immunization, in the intervention coherence component there is training for public health center officers. It can show that the acceptability of the payung penting and gaya puspaku program of the implementing officers is generally good, because the program has succeeded in achieving its goals and the stunting rate in Pakem District has decreased. However, in its innovation program, training for health worker is still needed to increase understanding. Support from religious leaders and community leaders is also needed to provide an understanding to the public regarding immunization myths.
