TPA Sukawinatan is located in Sukajaya Village, Sukarami District, Palembang City. The source of clean water that residents use for their daily needs is groundwater. The quality of ground water must meet the quality standards that have been determined. RT 68 RW 10 is the closest location to the Sukawinatan TPA. The purpose of this study was to analyze the quality of groundwater around the Sukawinatan Palembang final disposal site (TPA). Analyzes were carried out on the physical, chemical and biological qualities of groundwater. This study used qualitative research methods. There were 8 informants consisting of key informants and supporting informants. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and laboratory tests of groundwater samples. In-depth interviews were conducted to find out knowledge, opinions, use, and impacts or complaints regarding groundwater quality from informants. The results of laboratory examinations of physical quality meet the quality standard requirements, chemical quality exceeds the quality standards for pH, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Organic Substances parameters based on Permenkes No.32 of 2017. Biological quality exceeds the quality standard for Total Coliform and Fecal Coliform parameters based on Permenkes RI No. 416 / Per / Menkes / IX / 1990. It is recommended that residents pay more attention to the quality of well water used by filtering using a simple method, namely the sand filter and deposition of well water.
