ANALISIS FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DARAH DENGUE (DBD)DI KELURAHAN BUMI AGUNG KECAMATAN MUARADUA KABUPATEN OKU SELATAN TAHUN 2021
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito infected with the dengue virus. The incidence of dengue fever in Bumi Agung Village, South OKU Regency in 2019 was 0.089% of cases. Environmental factors caused by the location of residents' houses near riverbanks, lack of knowledge and never having counseling about Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. This study aims to determine the factors associated with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Bumi Agung Village, Muaradua District, South OKU Regency 2021. This type of research is quantitative, conducted by observation and interviews with a cross sectional approach with a simple random sampling technique of 84 samples respondents. Measuring tools that use a flashlight and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between the presence of larvae (p= 0.003), landfill drainage (p= 0.003) and the availability of landfill cover (p=0.003) and the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever, while there was no relationship between hanging clothes (p= 0.683) and the habit of burying used goods (p=0.073) with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. It can be concluded that the risk factors for the incidence of DHF are the presence of larvae, the draining of the landfill and the availability of the landfill cover. Suggestions that can be given are to conduct counseling on eradicating mosquito nests and how to use larvae repellent powder.
