UPAYA MENINGKATKAN MUTU PELAYANAN MELALUI MANAJEMEN PENGETAHUAN DI UNIT RAWAT INAP RUMAH SAKIT BHAYANGKARA POLDA LAMPUNG
Based on Permenkes No. 4 of 2018 every hospital is required to be able to provide quality health services, this study aims to analyze efforts to improve service quality through knowledge management in the Inpatient Unit of the Bhayangkara Hospital Polda Lampung. The research method used is descriptive using a qualitative design approach (qualitative research). The researcher used the triangulation of sources, methods, and data for validity tested. The informants in this study were 6 people who were selected purposively, namely 3 hospital management and 3 inpatient unit nurses. Based on the research, the efforts of the knowledge creation process are carried out by hospitals by providing in-house training, training, internet use, and evaluation meetings. However, not all nurses can participate in the activities due to limited funding. While the knowledge sharing process has been carried out in stages but there are still obstacles, namely the nurse's work shift. So that not all nurses can get new knowledge at the same time. And finally the knowledge implementing process, the hospital provides a place for education and training activities, computers to support activities, and there are learning modules. From the three processes of knowledge management RS. Bhayangkara Polda Lampung has made efforts to improve quality through knowledge management but still needs to be improved to overcome the problems found. The hospital can overcome this problem by giving rewards for nurses who have good performance appraisals to be able to take part in training, collaborate with universities so that they can bring in speakers to reduce budget expenditures, follow government programs to increase knowledge of nurses which are held for free and utilizing social media to provide information about new knowledge that nurses need to know while continuing to evaluate continuously.
