The implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (P2K3) is very important for the creation of zero accidents and a forum for employers and workers as advice and considerations regarding occupational safety and health. The implementation of the function (P2K3) must be implemented to ensure safety and health in the work environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the implementation of the function (P2K3) at PT. Hutama Karya Infrastructure for the Indralaya-Prabumulih Toll Road Project. This type of research is a qualitative approach approach. The data collection technique was carried out in depth with 12 informants consisting of key informants and supporting informants and the results were compared with the standard of the Minister of Manpower Number 04/Men/1987. The results showed that the P2K3 function to explain various hazard factors was in accordance with the standard, the P2K3 function explained personal protective equipment that really complied with the standard, the P2K3 function explained the correct, safe attitude, not according to standards, the P2K3 function helped develop a hazard control system that was not in accordance with the standards. standard. standard, P2K3 function helps develop counseling and research on occupational safety, company hygiene, occupational health and ergonomics not according to standard, P2K3 function helps check that the completeness of work safety equipment is up to standard, P2K3 function develops health services that are up to standard, implementation of P2K3 function in the workplace not up to standard. The conclusion of this study is that as many as 4 variables are in accordance with the standard, namely the P2K3 function to explain various hazard factors, the P2K3 function explaining the correct personal protective equipment, the P2K3 function helping to check the completeness of work safety equipment and the P2K3 function developing health services while 4 variables are not in accordance with the standard. namely the implementation variable of the P2K3 function, the P2K3 function explaining the correct, safe way, attitude, the P2K3 function helping to develop a hazard control system, and the P2K3 function helping to develop counseling and research in the fields of occupational safety, company hygiene, occupational health. The suggestion of this research is to immediately implement 4 variables that are not in accordance with the standard.
