The objectives of this study are: (1) Analyze the feasibility of business in the use of retention ponds for catfish cultivation at Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang based on the eligibility criteria for the financial aspect. (2) Analyze the Feasibility Sensitivity in the use of retention ponds for catfish culture at RSUP Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang in the event of changes in input prices, output prices, and amount of production. (3) Describe the Business Feasibility of utilizing retention ponds for catfish cultivation at Dr. Rivai Abdullah Palembang based on economic and environmental aspects. The method used in this research is the case study method (case study). This research has been carried out starting in December 2020. The data processing method uses investment eligibility criteria and sensitivity analysis. The results showed that based on the eligibility criteria for investment, the following results were found: (1) 8 year payback period; (2) Average Rate of Return 12,24%; (3) Net Present Value Rp67.855.928; (4) Internal Rate of Return 10,75%; and (5) Profitability Index or B/C Ratio of 1,57, and it can be concluded based on Feasibility Criteria for catfish farming in Dr. Rivai Abdullah is deserves to be run.
