This research aims to determine the quality of the items Final Assessment of Odd Semester Mathematics Class VI SDN 72 Palembang year 2020/2021 in terms of validity, reliability, level of difficulty, distinguishing features, and distractor efficiency. This research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this research were students of class VI SDN 72 Palembang. Data collection method were documentation. Data were analyzed using the help of Microsoft Excel. The result sshowed: (1) Quality of items based on validity, valid items had a percentage of 90% of 20 questions (2) The quality of the questions based on reliability, the questions is reliable or high reliability with a value of 0.8858. (3) The quality of the questions is based on the level of difficulty, level of difficulty is normal that is 80% of 20 questions. (4) The quality of the questions based on the distinguishing features, the items have good distinguishing power, namely 95% of the 20 questions can distinguish the abilities of students. (5) The quality of the questions based on the distracting effiency, the items are classified as a good distracting effiency with a percentageof 90% of the 20 questions can distract studuent. (6) Overall the question was good.
