This study aims to analyze and identify the effect of syariah financing, total manpower, dummy business location and dummy Covid-19 on sales turnover of SMEs in Palembang City. The data used are primary data obtained directyly from the field through a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive quantitative analysis and multiple regressions analysis with the Ordinary Least Square model. The result of study showed that the variabel amount of syariah financing, total manpower, and business location dummy had a positive and significant influence on sales turnover of SMEs in Palembang City, while the Covid-19 dummy variable has a negative and significant influence on the sales turnover of SMEs in Palembang City. Relatively, the variable amount of syariah financing, total manpower, business location dummy, and Covid-19 dummy can be explained by the sales turnover of SMEs in Palembang City variable of 94,70 percent.
