AUDIT MANAJEMEN ATAS FUNGSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA ( SDM ) PADA PT. SRIWIJAYA GRIYA CEMERLANG
This study aims to: (1) Knowing the procedures related to the HR function at PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang, (2) Knowing the effectiveness of programs and activities related to the HR function at PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang. The object of this research is the activity of the Human Resources function at PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang. The data collection techniques used were documentation, observation and interview techniques. The method used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative analysis method, namely by making observations, especially on the HR function at PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang to provide a complete picture of existing HR activities. The results showed that: (1) Management of PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang does not yet have a procedure that regulates (a) Human Resources Planning (b) Manpower Recruitment (c) Employee career planning and development. (2) Some activities of HR functions at PT. Sriwijaya Griya Cemerlang has been running effectively, including employee selection and placement, employee training and development, employee performance appraisal, compensation and remuneration, employee safety and health, termination of employment.
