This study aims to provide more information about how accounting behavior in the culture of ngantat betolong (donations) as a Ta'awun concept in the Lubuk Tanjung Village Community, Empat Lawang Regency. This research is a research conducted with a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The result of this research is that in the ngantat betolong culture there is accountability, namely personal accountability. The recording system in this culture is carried out in the form of simple notes. The people of Lubuk Tanjung Village assume that the culture of ngantat betolong is voluntary (grant). And there are also people who say that ngantat betolong is like a half social gathering, not an absolute obligation but a feeling obligation, and a sweet debt.
