This study aims to determine the effect of training on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. The population in this study were all teachers with a total of 39 people and all of them were made respondents so that the sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan. Suggestions that can be given in this research are that the parties from SMA Negeri 1 Indralaya Selatan increase the number of training and encourage teachers to improve their abilities through training, either following training provided by schools or training that is followed independently to improve the teacher's performance.
