This study aims to analyze the effect of poverty, unemployment, and education level on slum settlements in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data used in this study is secondary data, which consists of two types of data, namely time series and cross section data. The time series data in this study have a time span of 5 years from 2015-2019 and the cross section data in this study consists of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used in this study is a panel data regression with the random effect model (REM) approach. The classical assumption test is then carried out to find out whether there is a classical assumption problem or not in the processed data. The results of this study indicate that variables of poverty and education level had a positive and significant effect on slum settlements in the province of Indonesia. However, the unemployment variable has a negative and not significant effect on slum settlements in the province of Indonesia. Keywords: Slums, Poverty, Unemployment, Education Level
