This research aims to determine The Effects of Work Motivation on Employees Performance in Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. The population in this study was all Employees of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir which numbered 75 people and sampling using saturated sampling techniques. The data collection method used in this study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed a correlation coefficient of 0.465, this showed that Work Motivation has a weak relationship with the Performance of Employees of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. In the hypothesis testing it is known that The Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of The Employees of Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Ogan Ilir.
