This study aims to examine the effect of syirkah funds, Islamic Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital on maqashid sharia performance of Islamic bank in Indonesia during the period 2016-2020. The sample of this study was chosen by purposive sampling and obtained data 12 banks. This hypothesis tes doing in the study used panel data regression. The result of this study indicate that syirkah funds and Islamic Corporate Governance have a negative effect on the perfomance of maqashid sharia. While Intellectual Capital has a postive effect on the perfomance of maqashid sharia.
