The purpose of this study was to determine the spatial interaction between Palembang City, Ogan Ilir Regency, Banyuasin. The research method used in quantitative descriptive research, the object of this study discusses spatial interactions in terms of inter-regional linkages, economic linkages and population movements between Palembang City, Ogan Ilir Regency, Banyuasin Regency. The data used in this study is in the form of GRDP from 2014 to 2019. The results of the study identify that in each region has spatial similarities, where the area closest to other areas, the higher the spatial relationship, this is also due to the high economic growth in the area, the regression of the Morans I value obtained is 0.001 with a significance value of 5% degree ( p-value=0.05). because the obtained Moran index value is positive and greater than the p-value (0.001 > 0.05), it can be interpreted that there is a spatial autocorrelation between Palembang City, Banyuasin Regency and Ogan Ilir Regency. This positive spatial autocorrelation shows that between Palembang City, Banyuasin Regency and Ogan Ilir Regency, there is a relationship between the regions.
